Welcome to Hotel Colva Kinara. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, hotel reservation services, online payment facilities and stay at our property.

By using our website, making a reservation, making an online payment, or staying at Hotel Colva Kinara, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Hotel Reservations

• All reservations are subject to room availability.

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after the hotel has successfully received the required booking information and, where applicable, the required payment or advance payment.

• A booking confirmation may be provided through email, WhatsApp, SMS or another communication channel provided by the guest.

• Guests are responsible for providing accurate name, contact, guest-count and booking information.

• Any incorrect information provided during booking may affect the reservation or check-in process.

2. Room Rates and Taxes

• Room rates displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes and charges.

• The total amount payable will be displayed during the booking/payment process where applicable.

• Hotel Colva Kinara reserves the right to change room rates and offers at any time. Such changes will not affect a confirmed booking unless otherwise permitted by the applicable booking terms.

3. Online Payments

Hotel Colva Kinara may accept online payments through Razorpay and other payment methods made available on the website.

6. Other payment methods enabled by the payment gateway

When an online payment is made, the payment may be processed by Razorpay or another authorized payment service provider.

Hotel Colva Kinara does not store complete card details, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or internet banking passwords on its own systems.

A successful payment does not by itself override the hotel’s booking, cancellation or refund terms.

4. Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment, the guest may receive a payment confirmation and/or booking confirmation.

If money has been deducted from your account but the booking confirmation has not been received, please contact us with:

1. Guest name
2. Booking details
3. Date and time of payment
4. Amount paid
5. Razorpay Payment ID/transaction reference, if available

Razorpay acts as the payment service provider. Questions regarding the booking, cancellation or refund should be directed to Hotel Colva Kinara. Razorpay’s customer guidance similarly states that cancellation and refund requests should be routed to the business, while Razorpay facilitates the payment processing.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM IST
Check-out: 10:00 AM IST

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.

Foreign nationals must provide valid passport and visa/immigration documents as applicable.

6. Guest Information and Identification

Guests must provide accurate information and valid identification documents as required by applicable laws and hotel procedures.

The hotel may refuse check-in where legally required identification or necessary booking information is not provided.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website.

The cancellation terms applicable to a booking may depend on:

1. Booking type
2. Room/rate plan
3. Promotional or special rate
4. Time of cancellation
5. Check-in date
6. No-show status
7. Guests should review the applicable cancellation terms before completing payment.

8. No-Show

If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation without cancelling the booking in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Any applicable charges or refund eligibility will be determined according to the cancellation terms applicable to that reservation.

9. Children and Extra Beds

• Children below 6 years may stay free without an extra bed, subject to applicable room occupancy limits.

• Additional charges may apply for children aged 6–12 years or additional adults.

• Children above 12 years may be charged at applicable adult rates.

• Extra beds are subject to availability and applicable charges.

10. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with hotel rules and applicable laws.

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal activities

• Damage to hotel property

• Misuse of hotel facilities

• Any activity that creates a safety risk or unreasonable disturbance to other guests or staff

Any damage caused to hotel property may be charged to the responsible guest.

11. Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property unless expressly approved by the hotel in advance.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Hotel Colva Kinara will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions with valuables.

13. Hotel Facilities and Services

Hotel facilities, amenities and services are subject to availability and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations or circumstances beyond the hotel’s reasonable control.

14. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, public disturbances, infrastructure failures or other force majeure events.

Where such circumstances affect a confirmed reservation, the hotel will communicate with the guest and take reasonable steps available under the circumstances.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.

However, photographs, descriptions, amenities, prices, availability and other website information may occasionally contain errors or may change.

The hotel reserves the right to correct errors and update website content.

16. Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, graphics, logos, text and other materials belonging to Hotel Colva Kinara may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

17. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, booking systems, analytics services and social media platforms.

The use of such services may also be subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies.

18. Privacy

Use of the website and provision of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Any dispute relating to a booking, payment, stay or use of the website shall first be addressed by contacting Hotel Colva Kinara so that the matter may be resolved amicably.

Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Goa, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

Hotel Colva Kinara may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
